Running
Running changed my life! I started running in 1997 and have been doing 15 miles a day ever since. I've run 10 marathons (best time 3:20) and many 1/2 marathons and other races. Its given me great self confidence and health.
I coach a track/cross-country team of about 200 kids age 5-15 called the Calabasas Cheetahs (http://www.calabasascheetahs.com) which includes my youngest daughter, Carly, a three year league champion in sprints and long jump.
My oldest daughter, Phoebe, is an accomplished cross-country and 1/2 marathon distance runner (she won the Chesebro half marathon in her division).
